Short stays at hoist house
Rent a clean, well equipped hoist or flat bay to work on your project. Rentals come with access to all of the tools from our tool list. All bays will have a personal tool cart, access to compressed air, electrical power cord, and an inspection light.

If you need access to the workshop only (without a vehicle in the shop) you can use the flat bay rental prices.
House memberships
Always have a place to work on your projects. Become a member of the house. Reduced hourly rate, and 25% off all additional bay rentals. Hours roll-over (within 12month) period, so you can bank some hours for a big project. Get priority on booking reservations. Invites to shop events.

Long Term Residencies
Looking to build your dream car, complete your project, have a go-to workspace?
Hoist House has a few spaces available for longer term projects to be stored inside the shop and worked on regularly. We also offer spaces outside that can be used for storage and the vehicle can brought into the shop when you are ready to work.
All types of vehicles and projects are welcome. Powertrain swaps, summer cruisers, track builds, show cars, off road builds, etc.
